Referral basics

HELIX referral relations are recorded on Anubis in the community relations contract 0xc9f9a8a2dBf8188AD6610e0239105CAbE67c4993. For every member the contract stores two things: a referrer and a level.

Where the relations come from:

• Almost every relation in the community contract was migrated from Polygon: from block 1,856,081 on, relations were imported in batches through Imported events, 318,155 members by block 1,888,000 alone. For the current number imported and those who joined directly on Anubis, see "Imported" and "Joined on chain" on the Community page.
• The official dApp currently says invitations are not yet open on Anubis and asks you to invite on Polygon. This site only shows relations that already exist on Anubis.

Where team data comes from

The tree is large and very deep (the Community page shows its current size and deepest level), so querying the blockchain layer by layer would be very slow. Team data is therefore aggregated from on-chain events by this site's indexer; open "Verifiable on-chain" under a number and it says "Indexer". While the indexer is catching up with the latest blocks, pages show "Indexer syncing" with its progress, and the data may be incomplete for a while.

Becoming a member

Public chain data, including the page for any address, needs no sign-in. The full team list, the team overview, notes, groups and tracked addresses are member features: you need an account with a membership that has not expired.

1. Register

   On the Register page choose a username (4 to 20 letters, digits or underscores), a password (at least 8 characters) and a secondary password (at least 6 characters, different from your login password). No email or phone number is needed. The secondary password lets you reset a forgotten password and confirms password changes. Keep it somewhere safe on its own: with no email or phone on file, losing it means you cannot recover the account yourself.

2. Pick a plan and create an order

   Once signed in, open My account, choose a plan and the chain you will pay on (Anubis or Polygon) under "Membership plans", and create the order. The page shows each plan's length in days and its price in LGNS.

3. Send the exact amount

   The order page shows the exact amount and the receiving address for this order. The amount is the plan price plus a unique decimal tail that tells the site which order you are paying, so it has to match to the last digit: sending more or less will not be matched automatically. From your own wallet, send exactly that amount of LGNS on the chosen chain to the address on the order page. The network fee is paid on top and does not come out of that amount: on Anubis it is paid in DAI, on Polygon in POL, so keep a little in your wallet. An order is open for 30 minutes, so pay within that time; if you are late, an exact transfer that arrives within 24 hours after the order expires still opens your membership. Do not pay by withdrawing straight from an exchange; a withdrawal fee can change the amount that arrives.

4. Wait for it to open

   You do not connect a wallet or submit a transaction hash. Once the site sees your transfer on chain and it has enough block confirmations, membership opens by itself and the order page updates.

When a membership expires, the team workspace is paused. Your notes and groups stay in your account and are there again when you renew.

Using the team workspace

Once you are signed in with an active membership, open the Team page (Team workspace). Looking up a team only takes an address; no wallet connection.

1. Add the addresses you track

   Under "Tracked addresses", paste a wallet address (starts with 0x, 42 characters), add a short note under "Note (optional)" if you like, and press "Add". You can track several addresses, for example a few wallets of your own; select one and its team appears below. To change an address's note later, press the pencil next to it; it is the same note you see in member details.

2. Read the team overview

   "Team overview" shows team size, direct referrals, the deepest level, the team Genesis total, Genesis participants, members who joined in the last 7 days, and a "Members per depth" chart.

3. Browse the member list

   In "Members":

   • "Scope" shows direct referrals, everyone, or a single depth.
   • "Sort by" orders by join time, team size, Genesis contributions or level, descending or ascending.
   • "Genesis" filters for all members, those who participated in the Genesis Plan, or those who did not.
   • "Address prefix" finds a member from the first few characters of their address.
   • "Export CSV" downloads the member list as a CSV spreadsheet with address, note, groups, depth, level, team size, Genesis contributions and join time.

4. Open member details

   Click a row to open "Member details" (a sheet from the bottom on phones): the member's data, the "Upline" from your tracked address down to them, and the note and group editor. For everything else, use "Open address page".

5. Add notes and groups

   Write a note in member details (up to 500 characters), for example a chat handle, city or follow-up status. Create groups under "Groups" (names up to 24 characters, 8 colors) and put members into one or more of them. To handle many members at once, tick several rows and choose "Add to group…" or "Remove from group…". Deleting a group never deletes members; they are only taken out of that group.

6. Filter by note or group

   The member list can also search note text or filter by group. When you do, the results come from every mark saved in your account, including addresses outside the current team, and "Scope", "Sort by" and the "Genesis" filter are paused.

On any address page, members can also press "Track this address's team" to add it to the workspace.

Where notes and groups are stored

That also means:

• Your tracked addresses, notes and groups follow your account: sign in on another phone, computer or browser and you see the same ones.
• An account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on another device signs this one out; your notes, groups and tracked addresses stay in the account.
• Clearing browser data or switching phones does not lose them; once you sign out, this device stops showing them.
• "Clear team data" on the team page deletes every tracked address, note and group in your account and cannot be undone, so export first.

Export and import a backup

Your data already lives in your account; a backup file is a copy you keep yourself, handy before you clear your data or when you want a snapshot of a particular moment.

1. Export a backup

   Press "Export backup" on the team page to download a backup file in JSON format (named like helix-team-20260924.json). It contains your tracked addresses, your groups and all your notes.

2. Keep the file safe

   The backup holds your notes, so treat it like a private notebook. It contains no private key or seed phrase, and never needs to.

3. Import a backup

   Press "Import backup" on the team page and select the file; its contents are merged into your account. If you pick the wrong file, the page tells you it cannot be imported.

Importing merges; it does not overwrite:

• Tracked addresses from both sides are combined.
• For the same group, the name and color in the imported file win.
• When both sides have marks on the same member, the most recently edited note and groups are kept.
